The influence of nature is evident in Stones lines: a single body that forms backrest, seat and armrests and is as solid and welcoming as only the elements of nature can be. I have always been inspired by the impromptu seats in nature that I discovered during my long walks, says Fabrice Berrux, who designed the seat. Sometimes its a tree trunk, others simply a smooth rock. This is exactly the spirit I embraced when I came up with the design of the Stone chair.
